This notice covers the Prism website at assessment.clearpathmt.com, including the free Business Value Snapshot and the paid Prism assessment. Prism is operated by ClearPath Advisory ("we", "us").
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, email address, optional phone number, company name, industry, revenue, earnings, years in business, and your answers to assessment questions. If you buy the full assessment, we also collect the financial information you enter or upload.
- How you found us: if you arrive through a referral link or an ad, we record the referral code, campaign tags (UTM parameters), and ad click identifier so we know which partner or campaign sent you.
- Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To score your answers and show and email you your results.
- To send you a short series of follow-up emails about your results and the full assessment. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To deliver the assessment you buy, including an advisor's review of your report.
- To credit the partner who referred you. Your results are only shared with that partner if you choose to share them.
- To measure which of our ads work (see "Cookies and advertising").
We do not sell your information.
Cookies and advertising
We set two first-party cookies, prism_ref and prism_utm, which remember a referral code or campaign for up to 90 days. On some pages we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you finish a Snapshot we may tell Meta that a sign-up happened, and we include your email address only in hashed (one-way encrypted) form. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting and database.
- Brevo: email delivery and our mailing list.
- Stripe: payments.
- Meta: ad measurement, as described above.
- Anthropic: reading financial documents you choose to upload during the full assessment.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email prism@clearpathmt.com.
